Objective:
To provide financial assistance to the most talented girls from UP so that they may fulfill their dreams of seeing their name in the civil services final selection list.
Merit list and the financial status of the student’s father would be the two consideration criteria’s, to become a deserving candidate for this program.
After selection in the residential program of “Collector Bitiya”, the idea is to work on each student, to make them exam ready and to provide quality coaching to crack Civil Services with ease.
This is a 100% free scholarship program where coaching, stay and food expenses would be borne by Dhyeya Foundation.
No. of Seats: 50 Girls would be selected for this program.
Eligibility:
- Age: Date of Birth should be in between 1st August 1994 and 1st August 2001
- Annual income of Father: not more than 10 lacs p.a.
- Education: Graduate / Under Graduate appearing.
Selection Process:
Round 1: Round 1 would be an Online MCQ based Aptitude Test of 100 Questions. The Test duration would be of 2 Hours and would be conducted on 19th June 2022 (9am to 11am) on our Application ‘Dhyeya IAS Online’ (powered by Dizwik). This application can be downloaded from the Playstore.
Results of Round 1 would be announced within 2 working days.
Cut off marks: 40% pass marks.
Round 2: Round 2 would be an Offline Descriptive Written Test. Those who are able to secure 40% pass marks would be eligible to take the round two test on 26th June 2022. This would be conducted on our Lucknow (Aliganj) center.
Candidates would be required to write two Essays with a word Limit of 1000 words, for each essay.
Note: This program is only for Aliganj (Lucknow) center, not for other centres.
Merit List:
Here again the minimum cut off is 40% marks. Based on the merit list, 50 candidates would be selected and 50 would be kept in the wait list. The result would be announced on 12th July 2022. The result would be displayed on our Website;
The orientation Programme & classes for the successful candidates would commence from the 25th July 2022.

Q1. What is the duration of the program?
Ans : The duration of the complete program is of 2 years.
Q2. For how long would Dhyeya bear my expenses?
Ans : Dhyeya Foundation would bear the expenses of Coaching Fees,
Books, Test Series, Food and Stay of successful 50 students for a tenure of
2 years.
Q3. What would be the security arrangements in the
Hostel?
Ans. The Hostel facility will have a Lady Warden, CCTV surveillance
and strict norms for entry & exit.
Q4. What is the actual cost of the program?
Ans : The Foundation would spend around Rs.7 lac per student.
Q5. Can this 7 lac be paid as a cash amount to the
selected girls?
Ans : This amount cannot be paid in cash to the student. This would
be utilised to prepare the student for the Civil Services exams, over a
period of two years.
Q6. In Which year will I appear for the IAS exam?
Ans : The student would be prepared to give the exam in the year 2023
.
Q7. What about my Interview if I qualify for the
IAS Prelims and Main Exam?
Ans : Dhyeya Foundation would help the students to clear the
Interview round also. Free of cost mock interview sessions would be provided
by eminent panellist who are on our board and their names are available on
our website www.dhyeyaias.com.
Q8. Will I have separate additional classes too?
Ans: Each student would be provided separate classes with a small
group that would have a mentor who would work to eliminate all the weak
areas and provide guidance to convert them into strengths.
Q9. What would be the timings?
Ans:
- Morning Batches: For Both Hindi and English medium, the class would be from 8:30 am to 11:00 am.
- Evening Batch: English medium, class would be held from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Q10. Are we allowed any leaves?
Ans. Leaves would be given on all National holidays, Major festivals
e.g. Holi, Diwali, Eid, New Year, etc. (T & C Applied)
Q11. How will I choose my optional subject?
Ans: Academic Associates would be there to guide you and based on
your aptitude, the correct optional subject would be suggested.
Q12. How will I improve my writing skills
according to the UPSC norms?
Ans : Writing skills would be developed through daily answer writing
practice according to CSE standards.
Q13. How many months I will take to finish the
full syllabus?
Ans : The Basic course would take around 6 to 7 months and the rest
of the time would be utilised for Focused Revision & advance course.

Till the actual Prelims test opens on 19th June 2022 at 10 am, you should attempt the practice test which is Free of cost to get the real feel of the exam and understand the nature of questions that would be asked.
Q18. When is the last date of forms submission /
app registration?
Ans : The Last day to apply is 12th June 2022, midnight 11:59 pm.
Q19. What is the process to know about my results?
Ans : The result of the prelims will be announced on our website
www.dhyeyaias.com on 20th June 2022 at 12 noon.
Q20. What is the process after I qualify the Round
1?
Ans : As soon as you get your result & you cross the cut off marks of
40% , You will be navigated to a form where you have to Upload your Photo,
Adhaar card (back & front), Mark sheet of your graduation or last cleared
exam and mains exam will be conducted at Dhyeyaias Aliganj Center at Lucknow
( U.P.) only. Candidates appearing in Mains exam will have to make their own
travel & stay arrangements in Lucknow .
Thereafter, you would have to submit the form. You would get the notification and your hall ticket with picture. Please take print out and reach the center of your choice on 25th June well before 10:00 am.
Test will start at 10:00 am sharp and after that entry would be barred.
Q21. When will the Final results come and how will
I get notified?
Ans : The final results would be announced on 14th July 2022 on the
Website under Collector Bitiya caption.
